When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, email, property address, details about the work and any photos you send. When you call, we may note your number and the job details. Our website uses cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used, and may record which ad or search brought you here.
How we use it
To contact you about your request, prepare estimates, schedule and perform work, invoice, and follow up on service. Aggregated, anonymous analytics help us improve the website.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business (form handling, scheduling, invoicing, analytics and advertising platforms). We do not sell personal information. We may share information where required by law or to protect safety.
Retention and your rights
We keep job records for as long as needed for warranty, insurance and tax purposes. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email tnttreeservice.ca@gmail.com.
